Turnstile B720

To prevent theft and unlawful entry at temporary locations

This controlled entrance system has been specifically designed to prevent theft and unlawful entry at construction sites and other temporary locations. The turnstile is supplied ready to go. Simply bolt it in place, connect to a power source, and activate your access control device (e.g. card reader).

The control unit facilitates extracting detailed reports of entry/exit times, providing total accountability for all safety and health requirements (fire, evacuation, etc.). Choose to program the control unit directly, or plug in a PC, to assign site access for contractors / visitors / suppliers at chosen times.

Finishes include high quality polyester powder coatings in a wide range of colours, and optional stainless steel rotors to withstand the harshest external environments. The heavy duty mechanism with continuously rated solenoids is designed for intensive use. The rubber coupling between rotor and mechanism minimises vibration, noise, bounce-back, and wear.

A PLC control unit interfaces to most available access control and membership systems. Key operated overrides allow passage during power failure and aid installation and diagnostics. A special non-return sprocket assembly prevents unauthorised entry when rotor is moving or locked. The Heras turnstile B720 is ideal for commercial and industrial locations (specifically unmanned perimeter security and employee controlled entrances).

Experts in perimeter protection

Physical perimeter protection is best explained as systems and technologies designed to protect people and assets within a defined area by preventing unauthorised physical intrusions.

The primary defense is the perimeter boundary for which we designed the Heras Security Model. This model serves 5 goals: to demarcate the boundary of the premises, to deter, delay and detect unwanted intrusion and to deny access for unauthorised parties.

Heras has successfully met and exceeded customer safety and security needs across Europe for almost 70 years. It is this track record, combined with the ever-developing skill set of our personnel that enables us to say that we are the Experts in perimeter protection.
