Warehouse Operative – Doncaster

We are currently searching for Warehouse Operative to join our Production team in our Doncaster factory. This role will be based within a warehouse environment.

We offer entire end to end perimeter protection solutions for both permanent and mobile fencing; our permanent fencing can be found on the perimeter of large corporations whilst mobile fencing is used largely at festivals and gigs.  We are a market leader with major ambitions for the UK marketplace.

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Warehouse Operative with initiative who is looking for an opportunity to grow within an industry leading company. This role will involve working within the warehouse team within a busy manufacturing environment.

To receive, move and check goods which come into the warehouse and check for damaged or missing items. The role includes moving stock and picking and packing orders whilst ensuring required paperwork is kept up to date.  This role is responsible for repacking and relabelling items and preparing orders ready for dispatch.

Hours of work are 8am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am-3.30pm on Fridays (39 hours per week).

Essential:

  • Fork Truck/Counterbalance Licence
  • Experience of working within a similar role
  • Good at building working relationships

Not Essential but Desirable:

  • Manual handling trained
  • Warehouse qualification
  • Working within a manufacturing environment in the construction industry
