Service Coordinator – Middleton

We are currently searching for a Service Coordinator who will be based at Middleton. This role is office based, you may be required to travel around Heras and customer sites in the UK.

Service Coordinator Overview

Are you highly organised, good communicator and great at building relationships? We are looking for a highly organised, resilient Service Coordinator who has a positive can do attitude. This role is to support the Service Department and involves liaising with customers, arranging engineer schedules, raising quotes, ordering equipment, organising jobs and general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department.

This role involves producing and following up on quotes for current and new customers as well as promoting or recommending Heras products and services. This role will ensure that customer enquiries are dealt in the appropriate way and give support accordingly. If required, you will be responsible for planning engineers to visit sites including booking hotels as well as arranging necessary permits and access equipment that is needed.

  • Good working level of ICT skills on applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Good geographical knowledge for efficient route planning.
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships

Desirable:

  • Degree educated or,
  • HNC or HND qualification in relevant field
