We are currently searching for a Regional Service Sales Manager in South of Leicester to join Heras.

The Regional Service Sales Manager will report to the Service Manager, based in the UK. This is a regional role based at home which involves extensive travel to different sites in a variety of locations. The role may require occasional overnight stays where required. The overall purpose of the role is to build and maintain a high quality Service and Maintenance business through selling service contracts, and completing gate safety assessments and quotations. The role includes creating long lasting relationships with a portfolio of customers and optimising sales opportunities to increase revenue for the business. A key priority will include finding and engaging with new customers to plan, sell and deliver services within a geographically diverse area.

  • Role Requirements
    • Guide and develop sales servicing with both internal and external customers inclusive of gate safety
    • Focus on selling the service and support business of PIDS, Entrance control and Demarcation
    • Have a clear and defined understanding of the range of services and products to market
    • Develop the Service and Support business, creating a sustainable pipeline
    • Meet targets by maximising sales and using innovative solutions
    • Identify new and current business opportunities
    • Support specific UK projects as required
    • Build a secure portfolio of clients to increase market network
    • Generate short, mid and long term forecasts to analyse data
    • Effectively communicate contracts to enable full service delivery
    • Generate weekly and monthly reporting activities through analytical reports
    • Good working level of ICT on applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Degree educated
    • Full UK Driving Licence

    • Managing workflows with multiple stakeholders in an effective and efficient manner
    • Manufacturing or engineering industry experience
