Project Coordinator – Middleton

We are currently searching for a Project Coordinator who will be based at Middleton. This role is office based, you may be required to travel around Heras and customer sites in the UK.

Project Coordinator Overview

We are looking for a highly organised, resilient Project Coordinator who has a positive can do attitude. This role will be assisting the Project Managers, in organising ongoing projects. The role involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures, organising and participating in stakeholder meetings and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

A Project Coordinator will also be required to order, job specific equipment through the ERP system as well as processing invoices, and ensure that the system is maintained. You will also be documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings and preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.

 About you!

 Essential:

  • Experience of working as a project coordinator or similar role.
  • Wealth of experience in administration.
  • Experience in processing invoices and ordering equipment and use of ERP systems.
  • Good working level of ICT skills on applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Organisation skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Positive can do attitude.
  • Practical approach to work and problem solving.
  • Working towards and meeting deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work and ways of working.

Desirable:

  • Project Management qualification.
  • Bachelor degree in Business or related field
  • Full driving license.
  • Knowledge of project coordination / management processes.
