Job: Payroll and Training Advisor
Working hours: 37 hours per week
We are currently searching for a Payroll and Training Advisor to join Heras.

The Payroll and Training Advisor will report to the People Analytics Business Partner. This role is based within an office environment. The role also involves travel to different sites when required. The overall purpose of the role is to provide an efficient, effective and comprehensive payroll service to the business ensuring compliance with the latest legislation, statutory filing and business policies. You will be confident liaising with Finance and HR functions and knowledgeable to carry out required pension and benefit administration. You will be responsible for the end to end payroll processing of pay, benefits and pensions as well as timely responses to telephone queries and those in the payroll inbox.
