We are currently searching for a Payroll Advisor to join Heras.

The Payroll Advisor will report to the People Analytics Business Partner. This role is based within an office environment. The role also involves travel to different sites when required. The overall purpose of the role is to provide an efficient, effective and comprehensive payroll service to the business ensuring compliance with the latest legislation, statutory filing and business policies. You will be confident liaising with Finance and HR functions are required and pension and benefit administration. You will be solely responsible for start to finish payroll processes and the timely responses to telephone queries and those in the payroll inbox.

Role Requirements

  • Processing of the monthly payroll, adjustments and all other aspects of the payroll cycle in line with legislation, statutory filing and business policies
  • Processing and reporting of all third party payments in line with set deadlines
  • Identifying payroll process improvements
  • Resolving employee queries via email and phone
  • Processing manual payments as required
  • Maintaining accurate payroll records
  • Working closely and communicate regularly with the HR team
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as required in which you adequately trained to carry out
  • GCSE Maths qualifications
  • Excellent working level of ICT skills on applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Full UK driving license
  • CIPP
  • A-level Maths qualification
  • Degree educated in relevant subject
