We are currently searching for a Lead installer – Mechanical to join Heras.
We are searching for an experienced Lead installer based in Doncaster to join the Heras. You will be remote based working on customer sites across the region.

Lead Installer Overview

We are looking for a motivated Lead Installer to carry out quality installations of demarcation products to a high standard and in an efficient manner. The role will work as part of a team and will have a focus on health and safety and customer service at all times. As Lead Installer you will be based predominantly outdoors and as such will require you to work in all different weather conditions. This role will also involve extensive travel to different sites in a variety of locations and may also require occasional overnight stays.

As a Lead Installer you will ensure full communication with customers and Heras supervisors and managers to ensure the smooth running of the job and identify immediate resolutions for any problems that may occur. You will measure and lay-out fence lines and hole positions following the instructions detailed on the drawing specification and verifying alignment of structures and equipment and position structural components.

About you!

  • Previous work experience in Demarcation Installation.
  • Wealth of experience working in installations.
  • Flexible, with the ability to work on own initiative and to tight timescales.
  • Ability to understand drawings and plans.
  • Driving License.
  • CSCS Card.
  • Basic English and Maths skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues appropriately.
  • Collaborative with the ability to work as part of a team.
  • High level of personal and professional commitment.
  • Open and honest approach.
  • Positive work ethic.
