Job: Key Account Manager (M25 corridor)
Working hours: 40 hours per week

We are currently searching for a remote working Key Account Manager based in or around the M25 corridor to join Heras. You will visit the Heras offices across the region regularly balancing your days from on the road to working from home.

We offer entire end to end perimeter protection solutions for both permanent and mobile fencing. We manufacture everything onsite to specification. Our permanent fencing can be found on the perimeter of large corporations whilst mobile fencing is used at festivals and gigs. We are a market leader with major ambitions for the UK market place.

      Key Account Manager Overview

        We are looking for a highly motivated, well networked Key Account Manager to focus on the utilities market place, You will focus on the permanent perimeter protection side, working to implement a sector plan and strategy to contribute to the ambitious UK growth plans that we are working to, you will have a proven track record in retaining business, upselling and cross selling.
        Ideally you will have sold a solution within the fencing / construction industry. You will analyze both business and sales trends on a regional and national basis, responsible for suggesting the best approaches to meet sales targets on both retained and new business, continuously looking at ways to maximize growth within your region.
        About you:

      • Degree educated
      • Full UK driving license
      • Substantial sales experience within perimeter protection, construction or manufacturing
      • Experienced in specification sales with a proven track record
      • Proven track record in creating regional sales plans and quotes in alignment with business objectives
      • Sales Reporting
      • Excellent communication skills, ensuring that great relationships are built with all stakeholders resulting in efficient and mutually beneficial outcomes
      • Commercially savvy; understanding the business, how it works, and being able to analyze regional issues which may affect Heras
      • Resilient with the ability to recover quickly from setbacks
      • Great at problem solving with the ability to offer creative solutions and proposals
      • Capable of managing multiple streams of work with multiple stakeholders
      • Analytical in approach with the ability to critically evaluate and an eye for detail
      • A positive outlook, open-minded, and approachable
