Job: Country Marketing Manager (UK)

We are currently searching for a Country Marketing Manager based out of our Doncaster office to join Heras.
Starting in 1952 as a small family-owned fencing and gate company, Heras has grown into an European leading end-to-end supplier of perimeter protection solutions. We operate in 8 countries and employ over 350 people in the UK with a global headcount of more than 1100 highly skilled experts. We are experts in perimeter protection solutions and together we design, manufacture, install, and service perimeter protection solutions for customers across the business, community, and industry sectors.

We offer entire end to end perimeter protection solutions for both permanent and mobile fencing. We manufacture everything onsite to specification. Our permanent fencing can be found on the perimeter of large corporations whilst mobile fencing is used at festivals and gigs. We are a market leader with major ambitions for the UK market place.

Country Marketing Manager Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Country Marketing Manager who will work to implement marketing plans and strategies to contribute towards the ambitious national and international growth plans that we are working towards. You will have a proven track record in strategic leadership, having lead on multiple campaigns. You will be extremely familiar with spreading brand awareness, contributing towards internal sales targets and using multi channels to deliver an impressive ROI. You will carry out extensive competitor analysis, looking at what we are doing and ways to improve on how we do it!
This role is very heavily focused on strategy, campaign management, working to KPI’s and gaining a ROI. You will be happy to get involved in day to day operational work including lead management, checking content and signing off translations as the content team is located in The Netherlands.
