Garda Group today announced a major milestone on its journey to become Europe’s leading provider of security solutions: the group will rebrand as Heras, uniting its businesses under a single, powerful identity. This transformation reflects the Group’s ambition to deliver seamless 360° security solutions that protect what matters most for customers across industries and markets.
Effective 14 October 2025, the Group parent company and central functions will adopt the Heras name. During 2026, many more brands across the group will adopt the Heras name, creating one consistent presence across European markets.
