Access is the smart and safe method to open and close your sliding gate, speed gate, swing gate, barrier or turnstile. Simply push a button on your mobile phone to activate the gate controller. No more security risks from stolen entry keys or cards and the extra advantage of opening the gate remotely for quick and easy access in an emergency.
Access consists of a Heras Cloud Unit (HCU), a small hardware box which is mounted onto the control unit of the automated gate and connects wirelessly with the Heras Cloud Portal through the GSM network. The HCU has an onboard SIM card to access and manage data traffic (small monthly fee for subscription).
No need to physically connect to your access device or install stand-alone software to enable user management. Simply log onto the Heras Cloud Portal and conveniently create and manage access profiles for up to 1,024 users from any location. Simply add or remove mobile phone numbers for a user, and specify their level of access. For example, employees are given access during normal working hours, and a safety representative or supervisor has 24/7 access.
The connection uses modern cyber security functions, including SSL encryption, VPN tunneling and Next Generation Firewalls.
