About the Role
We are currently searching for a reliable, committed and expert in their field to join the Heras family as a Service Engineer. This role will play an integral part in helping to achieve our strategic aim of becoming Europe’s No.1 premium perimeter protection brand.
This role will be field based around Milton Keynes/Luton area with regular travel across other Heras and customer sites in the UK and occasional to regular overnight stays.
Support the Service function
Assisting as required to ensure all project deadlines are achieved.
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Provide a quality and timely service to internal and external customers based on their needs and budget.
Fault find any issues that arise on customer sites.
Perform maintenance functions on products installed.
Provide knowledge and expertise to find solutions.
Undertake any other reasonable duties as required in which you adequately trained to carry out.
Adhering to H&S polices and procedures.
Ensuring that all risk assessments and method statements are adhered to.
Interpret and understand electrical wiring diagrams, technical drawings and documentation.

About You
Essential
Full UK Driving License
CSCS Card
The ability to read wiring diagrams
Ability to investigate, assess, and address the root cause of problems
Experience in servicing gates and barriers or
Electromechanical/industrial doors/ hydraulics / servicing airplanes or helicopters experience
PLC knowledge
Desirable
ECS card
AGSD
Electrical qualifications 17th or 18th Edition
Demonstrable knowledge in the use of multi-meters and Meggers
