What is the difference between the 3 packages?

In all our packages we offer service, repair and maintenance. When you choose Essential, you choose our basic coverage. You’ll meet the mandatory annual maintenance check.

Premium is often chosen for an access point with multiple movements per day or when the failure of an access point poses a risk to business operations.

Premium VIP is the customised package. For example, together we determine how quickly a technician must be on site in case of damage or malfunction.

What is Connect?

In step 2 you add our smart service Connect to the chosen service and maintenance solution.  This smart solution provides insight into the status and performance of the gates on your premises. By remotely monitoring your access installations, any damage or malfunction can be detected and resolved more quickly.

Frequently asked questions

Do you also service other brands?

Yes, that is possible. We provide service, repair and maintenance independent of brand. Of course, we will first visit you to map out the current status of the gate(s) on the premises.

Am I obliged to carry out maintenance?

According to the standard, an owner is obliged to carry out maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer. This depends on the type of product, but suggests as a minimum that maintenance should be carried out once a year to keep the access point safe. The user manual states how often an access point must be maintained.

What happens if my gate stops working due to malfunction or damage?

As a customer, you are always assured of preferential treatment. We take care of your malfunction or damage as soon as possible and make sure that we are present within the agreed time to solve the malfunction or damage. In some cases, we do this with a temporary solution; usually, we can solve the problem immediately.

How can I make my installation last longer?

Preventive maintenance in particular ensures that an installation lasts longer. Wear and tear and traces of use are noticed earlier and remedied. The door is fully measured and checked. Using the door in the right way means that an installation lasts longer.

When do I have to prove that I am carrying out maintenance?

Proof of maintenance is important in certain situations. Think of claims when damage is caused by a gate. But also for example when you have damage due to extreme weather. By means of a logbook and inspection report, you can prove that your door has always been well maintained and is in good condition.
