Premium is often chosen for an access point with multiple movements per day or when the failure of an access point poses a risk to business operations.
Premium VIP is the customised package. For example, together we determine how quickly a technician must be on site in case of damage or malfunction.
In step 2 you add our smart service Connect to the chosen service and maintenance solution. This smart solution provides insight into the status and performance of the gates on your premises. Download service brochureYes, that is possible. We provide service, repair and maintenance independent of brand. Of course, we will first visit you to map out the current status of the gate(s) on the premises.
According to the standard, an owner is obliged to carry out maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer. This depends on the type of product, but suggests as a minimum that maintenance should be carried out once a year to keep the access point safe. The user manual states how often an access point must be maintained.
As a customer, you are always assured of preferential treatment. Proof of maintenance is important in certain situations. Think of claims when damage is caused by a gate. But also for example when you have damage due to extreme weather. By means of a logbook and inspection report, you can prove that your door has always been well maintained and is in good condition.
