TRITON SYSTEM

Description

The Triton fencing system is a modern welded mesh system. The panel benefits from two different edges; barbed and flush. Providing good see-through visibility this system will not only blend into its environment but is also extremely rigid with up to three horizontal profiles.

Specification

Fence heights available in 1.0m, 1.2m, 1.8m, 2.0m & 2.4m.

Triton panels suit post centres of 2.5m.

The panels are manufactured using 5.0mm thick wires.

The mesh is configured to 50mm x 200mm and is welded at every intersection.

The system utilises our unique patented Hexaclip fixing which comprises of a two-piece clip and anti-tamper bolts.

To achieve additional security the panel can be installed so that the barbed edge is at the top of the fence so that it acts as a deterrent to would-be climbers.

Where safety is key, particularly on lower height systems used in a playground setting, the panel can be installed so the flush edge is at the top of the fence so there are no sharp hazards. If opting to install barb-down inverted clips need to be ordered.

Matching Gates

Flat mesh is welded into our standard Heras gate frame for added security.

As well as swing gates Heras also supplies a range of cantilever and tracked sliding gates.

Achilles UVDB Standard
UVDB is a scheme operated by Achilles on behalf of all major UK utility organisations. Heras is fully registered as a supplier on the Utilities Vendor Database and as a result we are able to provide a variety of fencing and access control services to the Utilities sector.

Constructionline
Constructionline is an independent vetting service for the UK construction industry to which Heras UK Fencing Systems is approved as part of the CRH Fencing Ltd group. The government-backed service approves companies to provide products and services to the public and private sector.

SAPCA
The Sports and Play Construction Association (SAPCA) is the UK trade association for the sports facility construction industry. Heras UK is a proud member of SAPCA and in putting together the SAPCA Code of Practice for sports fencing we were very pleased to provide our expert advice so that as an industry, together, we can promote high standards for sports facilities.

Secured by Design
Secured by Design (SBD) is the UK Police flagship initiative supporting the principals of "designing out crime" by use of effective crime prevention. Several of our products have undergone strict testing and have achieved Secured by Design approval, meaning that they are an effective form of crime prevention.

LPCB
Heras UK Fencing Systems products have achieved LPCB approval with BRE Global. This third party approval confirms that our products have met and will continue to meet set security standards ensuring that they perform effectively.
